Amarnath Yatra : The most popular and well-known trekking destination in Kashmir for both treks and pilgrims is the trek to the holy cave of Lord Amarnath, one of the natural shrines of Hindu faith... The stages of the yatra are vigilantly restricted by the Indian authorities. The first day up to Chandanwadi, the second day up to Sheshnag and the third day over the Mahagunas Pass to Panchtami. On fourth day from Panchtami to Cave and return to Sheshnag. On fifth day back to Pahalgam.
